Weight Loss: Workouts to fit any schedule

There would be nothing worse than wasting time in a frustrating time crushers.  Things like restroom lines or even traffic.  When it come to weight loss and fitness, you could greatly benefit from exercise sessions of any length.  Even if you have a couple of minutes or just 60 minutes.  Thats only if know how to maximize your time and organize your workouts. 

If you have 10 mins, that would be a workout quickie.  10 mins might seem fast or even worth your efforts.  You can still get results if you know what your doing. That 10 mins will help you build a solid fitness foundation.  Within that 10 mins you could work every major muscle group on your body.

When you have a short amount of time the trick is to intensify your workout to achieve the best results.  The reason this will work is because you'll spike your metabolism so you can even lose calories after your workout.

Change your muscle routine, it will keep your body from adapting and make it work harder.  Up your cardio intensity and listen in on your heart rate.  Be sure to create at lest six to eight move circuit that will combine strength, cardio and stretching.

A great workout would be this:  mountain climbers T, burpee pushups, Ballet squats, lunges, running in place and jumping knee tap an touch.  If done in a superset with little rest.  It will definately be of good value.
