Eating Clean Foods

Many of us have probably taken living in a healthy lifestyle for granted or even life it self, i know because i use to be one of the people who did.  But what if you could change all that and be more healthy today. What if you could eat more and lose weight, become more healthy and have the best body you ever had.  Would you do it?

A lot of the answer to a healthy life style is really just staring right at you, it's been like that your entire life.  The answer is right in the kitchen and in your stomach.  Your answer would be food!  Clean, whole, natural earthy food.  To eat clean is to change once and for all the way you are eating.  The way to become healthy.

Your body needs fuel, eat more and eat more often.  Eating more encourages the metabolism to do its job of burning fat more efficiently.  Even more so eating the right foods helps even better.  It really all comes down to you and everthing is in your own hands.  The ideal foods for eating is a combination of lean protien and complex carbs.  If you dont know about great clean foods to eat you could learn from here.  But i will give you alittle break down of it.

Your complex carbs come from fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.  Lean protien foods come from whole grains like quinoa, sea vegetables, egg whites, chicken breast, beef and fish.  Those are all clean foods to eat.  Those are the combination you should fuel your body with.

Drink more water.  Water does wonders for your shape and your skin.  Chances is that you're probably dehydrated at the moment.  Don't wait to get thirsty.  Drinking lots of water is a must.  Our body is made up of mostly water and drinking lots of water hydrates the body, cleans it from toxins, lubricates, and cools it down. 

Sugar!  It would be a best time for you to cut down on the sugar.  Also cut down on sodium, and other chemicals too.  Foods that are loaded with saturated fats and trans fat gunks up our pipes and make us sick.  This would included doughnuts, marshmallow, sodas, bacon, cereals that pack some sugar, fruit juices, fake fruit drinks, basically junk foods.

If you wanna take the first step in to a healthy lifestyle start packing up clean eating foods, it will save you from the really nasty foods.  This will be critical to your success.  The more you stick to wholesome foods, the healthier, leaner and happier you will be.
